Material : Genuine Shell Cordovan from equine leather which comes from a very specific part of the horsehide, the rump. Then steeped in gentle vegetable liquors to achieve the rich, glossy look.
Thickness : 3.0mm on lug area taper down to 2.7mm on holes area
Stitching : Each stitching hole is punched by antique awl and hand stitched with White wax yarn. (you can choose any other color combination/stitching to make a truly custom strap).
Edges : The leather edge is first sealed with edge paint for humidity resistance, and then repeatedly layered with iron-heated waxed coating for a smooth finish.
