Japanese Denim Brewster Green brings contrast and clarity to your wrist. We use original Selvedge Denim from Japan’s most prestigious and renowned mills. It is woven on rare and slow antique looms to produce exceptional and fascinating textures for straps. Beyond its unique yarn combination, the denim's tight weave, stiff texture, pronounced twill lines and slightly coarse yarns create an exquisite surface structure and marbling effects with wear.
Material : Made from finest Japanese organic cotton woven on vintage American machines, guaranteeing lightness and strength. The underside is lined with soft leather for everyday comfort.
Thickness : 3.0mm on lug area taper down to 2.7mm on holes area
Stitching : Each stitching hole is punched by antique awl and hand stitched with White wax yarn. (you can choose any other color combination/stitching to make a truly custom strap).
Edges : The leather edge is first sealed with edge paint for humidity resistance, and then repeatedly layered with iron-heated waxed coating for a smooth finish.
